We want every bride to feel confident before ordering. Because wedding dresses require careful preparation and many styles are made to order, we strongly recommend reviewing the product description, size chart, fabric details, photos, delivery timing, and return eligibility before checkout.

If you are unsure about your size, measurements, dress length, train, fit, or event timeline, please contact us before placing your order. Careful measurement and communication before purchase can help avoid unnecessary returns, delays, and additional costs.

Important: Many bridal gowns are prepared for a specific bride, event date, size request, measurement profile, or selected customization. For this reason, returns are limited and must be approved in advance.

Return Eligibility

Return eligibility depends on the dress type, size selection, order details, condition of the item, and whether the dress was made, customized, altered, or reserved specially for your order.

Standard-Size Dresses

Standard-size dresses may qualify for return if they are eligible under this policy, approved in advance, unused, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags where applicable.

Made-to-Measure Dresses

Made-to-measure gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are prepared according to the measurements and details provided for a specific customer.

Customized or Altered Dresses

Dresses with requested customizations, special changes, custom measurements, length adjustments, design modifications, or other requested alterations are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Deductions

If a standard-size dress is approved for return, a partial deduction may apply. This deduction helps cover order handling, preparation, inspection, processing, packaging, transaction costs, and the special nature of bridal garments.

Deductions are applied where permitted by applicable law and may vary depending on the dress, its condition, order details, and related costs. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable law:

  • Made-to-measure wedding dresses
  • Custom-measurement gowns
  • Dresses with requested alterations or design changes
  • Personalized or specially modified dresses
  • Dresses that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, perfumed, or used for an event or photoshoot
  • Items returned without approval

Measurement Responsibility

For made-to-measure and custom-size dresses, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Please measure carefully using our measurement guide and, if possible, ask another person or a professional tailor to help.

Wedcharm is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated measurements provided by the customer. Minor local alterations may still be needed for the best fit, even when a dress is made according to submitted measurements.

Return Conditions

To be considered for return, an eligible item must be in original condition. The dress must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, or other signs of wear.

Returned dresses are inspected after arrival. If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return may be refused, or an additional deduction may apply where permitted by applicable law.

Return Request Window

If you would like to request a return for an eligible standard-size dress, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return requests must be approved before the item is sent back.

Please do not send any item back without written return approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, email address, delivery date, reason for return, and clear photos of the dress in its current condition.

  • Confirmation that the dress is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved issue caused by our side. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return is completed.

Wedcharm is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the courier.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or refusal of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable deduction, original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs fees, duties, or non-refundable charges where applicable.

Please note that payment providers and banks may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because wedding dress availability, size, production time, and delivery timing may vary. If you need another size or style, please contact us and we will help you understand the available options.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package, label, full dress, and the issue.

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation. Please do not alter, repair, wear, clean, or use the dress before contacting us, as this may affect the review.

Color, Fit & Minor Differences

Please note that slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric batches, and natural material variations. Minor differences in lace placement, embroidery, beading, or handmade details may also occur.

Bridal sizing may differ from regular clothing sizes. Please use the size chart and measurement guide before ordering, and contact us if you need help choosing the best option.
