Order Processing

After your order is placed, our team reviews the details, confirms product availability, and prepares your item for shipment. Processing time depends on the type of dress you order.

Ready-to-Ship Dresses

Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared within a short processing period before dispatch. These pieces are already available and do not require production time.

Made-to-Order Dresses

Made-to-order and custom-measurement dresses require additional time before shipping. Your dress is prepared according to the product details and selected options.

Custom Measurements

If your order includes custom measurements, please make sure all measurements are accurate before submitting them. Incorrect or delayed measurement details may affect processing time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Estimated delivery may vary depending on your country, shipping method, customs procedures, seasonal workload, and courier service.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country, order details, and available shipping options. If free shipping is available for your order, it will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, it may still be moving through the courier network or customs. You can contact us and we will help you check the status of your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities. Customs procedures may also cause delivery delays that are outside of Wedcharm’s control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Missed Delivery, Refused Parcels & Returned Packages

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missed delivery attempt, refusal, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the package, it may be returned to sender or held by the courier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent. Original shipping costs, customs fees, and return shipping expenses may be non-refundable.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to prepare and ship orders on time, delivery delays may occur due to customs checks, weather conditions, holidays, courier disruptions, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is time-sensitive, especially for a wedding or event date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Event Date Recommendations

Wedding dresses and special occasion dresses should be ordered well in advance of your event date. We recommend allowing extra time for delivery, final fitting, steaming, and any local alterations you may need.

If your event date is close, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise whether the selected dress is suitable for your timeline.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the situation and assist you with the next steps.

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as the courier may request photos or additional information.
