Return eligibility depends on the dress type and order details. Made-to-measure gowns, customized gowns, and dresses with requested alterations are final sale and cannot be returned. Standard-size dresses may qualify for return; however, a partial deduction of 20% to 50% may apply based on the dress, its condition, and related order costs.
